How do i stop the neon city from being the background

    I have looked for hours trying to find how to change the background.

    If you want to build 'Tracks' on other levels:

    1. Load the level you want in freeroam
    2. Press ESC, and click the 'Track Builder' button
    3. Now you can build 'Tracks' on the level you choose.
