I Need Help Modeling

I'm working on my current project, a Lexus LX, but I need some help modeling the hood, front, and rear

All of the stuff overlapping has me confused and it's all becoming a bit unorganized, so can someone come in a help me?

it appears you don't understand the concept of money, time, scale, polyflow and detail

 

I really don’t want to spend hundreds of dollars on a 3D scanner to do this project.

I mean if I was able to I would love to, and that tool would make everything a breeze, but, no.
