We've got a dilemma on our hands. The chase-manhunt storyline we had a couple weeks ago was really fun and the entire thread was super active, but kind of got old after a while. The current buy/fix/sell/crash/race storyline can last for a long time, but the thread becomes inactive and boring. I say we launch back into a really intense Raid/Police storyline, just to keep the thread active and fun.

(I think personally, we could probably make this thread slightly better if we take longer to do stuff, so we spend a bit more time on car projects, and get to the proper details, like maybe having to wait a day or two, maybe even just a few hours for parts to come and more detailed part installation. There could be rusty bolts, a chassis split in places, lots of rust etc. This is just in my opinion though, you can do what you want.)

I was just laid off from my job at BeamCom, and have joined the police force. I couldn't pass it up with my previous training.

backstory(very short): ex cop, moves to italy for one year after being a utah state detective, car: 1969 custom dodge coronet RT. While driving my custom dodge coronet i hit something and my car flies into some trees. me: AAAAAH F**K,MY CAR! bystander from house: are you ok! me: that hurt a bit but im fine. bystander: do you need medical attention. me: no im good, thanks. meanwhile, the police show up, the SWAT shows up, as well as bombsquad and medical after my 999 call, they investigate the scene and find remnants of a propane tank. Apparently, a propane tank rolled off of a truck doing deliveries, i come along and hit the tank, it launches my car into the air and sideways into a patch of trees, my car is repairable because my car was fitted with reinforced floor and front sub frame
