medium settings and dynamic reflections are possible with RX590, i can do it on my GTX 960, but it's a 2gb card so very quickly runs out of vram

Sorry for not updating in a few days, I have done a little more looking and I found this graphics card. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/evga-x...zw4x2OKFs4nMgd9BRzhoCeMkQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds I don't need killer graphics but I know this one will work with my case since it is only a single fan. I also wouldn't need to upgrade the power supply so I could spend more on some other upgrades. (I am not to keen on upgrading the power supply)

I have looked into some new computers and I have realized that could upgrade just a few more things and be on par with some decent ones. You have suggested that I upgrade the motherboard. I wouldn't like to upgrade it but it is a possibility. I would really be stretching my budget if I did. Is there any way to upgrade the CPU without changing my motherboard? If not are any of the sub $200 ones decent on here? https://www.bestbuy.com/site/search...rue&iht=y&usc=All+Categories&ks=960&keys=keys

Yes the GTX 1650 would run without a new psu but its terrible value and no your motherboard does not support a newer cpu

if you do get the GTX 1650 you should still upgrade the psu as it will be pushed to its limit and OEM psus are usually not very good
