I didn't. I took some samples from Youtube videos and edited them (i tried to make them similar to Shift 2's RX-8) After a second listen, what seems almost like my mod is the idle. Other than that it's different. My apologies. I'm known to take sounds from other games and claim them as mine? That happened once, and does not make me known for that. If you don't like me, that's fine, i didn't ask you to. But talking about my mods like that is just a low-ball.
Stealing sounds and claiming you created them yourself is not something to be proud of either if I'm perfectly honest. You got called out for it once, how many are actually yours I don't know.... (Also I didn't say 'your are known for', I said 'you have been known to'. This does not imply the same thing).
As i said, it happened once, and that was my mistake. The doubt on your part is just stupid, somewhat understandable, but stupid. If you knew me, you would have doubts, but since you don't you just assume i'm that kind of a person.
As @Tsutarja495 said he he gave me sample from FM7 but you recognized your mistake so it's ok --- Post updated --- Thanks but I will not make a 26B swap but I will try this summer to create my own model to post it in the repo so it could be cool to work with you for the sounds
Now I voted for other, so I would love to have a gen six cup car in game, https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/2018-nascar-camaro-cb243928ff814a6e92bef555e95e7a21
No major issues for me, although if you have enough brake pressure in front the brakes will overheat when standing still, and the spirit r spoiler spazzes out when driving over 250 kph
The ffb is absolutely horrible. No matter what I can't bring myself to drive the car. the ffb is mushy, feels like the suspension has weird geometry and binds when I go past a certain amount of steering degrees. It's an absolute beautiful mod but the ffb drives me away. I'm on a ts pc btw. If there is any fix to this let me know, I might even try to fix it myself.
I have no wheel so unfortunately I can't try to fix this because I can't test what I do. I don't think the problem come from the suspension because the front suspention and the front wheels are at the exact same place as the 200BX and the node are in the correct place. I think the problem is that it's an RHD car but I don't know why. Try to replace the rx7_steeringwheels file with this one you will not have a steering wheel anymore but it may solve your problem, let me know if it work.
I personally experienced ok ffb with my g29 steering wheel, but I can test the file later and see if there is a difference between ffb before and after with what @ICECREAM said. Also, I love this RX-7, for this is easily one of my favorite mods. When you make the 86/BRZ though, could you make if LHD as well?
All of the street version of the car no longer have brake overheat when standing-still, but the hillclimb and the panspeed brake overheat when standstill problem persists.
The ffb is great, the best of a modded car imo but if you keep reversing the back wheels spin up until they explode
Thanks but if it work well for you I recommand you to keep the old rx7_steeringwheels because there are no visible steering in the new one. Yeah I think It will have LHD and maybe both. --- Post updated --- Thanks I never experienced something like that ! --- Post updated --- Try this
