I think you might just have to buy more RAM. I can run the game fairly smoothly with 8 GB, not on top settings though.

 

by powerful, do you mean powerful for 2019, or powerful for 2006? if it is option 2, yhen that is your option. if it is option 1. i would buy some more ddr3/4 and you will be fine

 

The 0.16 update optimization at the cost of longer loading time and more RAM usage. I'm using 8GB RAM is okay but the usage is significantly more than before 0.16
