blue bubble around car

does any one know how to fix this its a blocky blue bubble around my car and cant find a solution?? any fixes ive found nothing

 

A screenshot would be helpful. I've never heard of this in my time on the forums nor have i had this issue myself.

looks like a post FX issue, sometimes if I messed with the sliders in the post FX menu, the screen would get really bright and faded, or things would be extra shiny or reflective, so disable SSAO and all the post FX options and see if that helps....if it does, restore the values to default.

btw what mod is that? if its a crappy russian mod or something that might be the issue too...looks like a burnside wagon, of which I am not aware of any that exist on the forum

so then it must be something like I mentioned about the PostFX, that strange pixelated effect looks similar to how my Post FX was jacked up in the past except the coloring of the "bloom" was a bright white...disable postfx just to rule that out in case

 

what gamde version?
