Well regardless on what y'all say about texture issues for the Mustang mod, the author has marked it as outdated not too long ago, meaning that the mod is unlikely to receive any more updates (that is, unless Tsutarja495 can prove me wrong).
All you guys had to do is run safe mode in Beam, then enable a new installed version of the mod. Clear cache does nothing. If the textures still wack, reinstall Beam. It worked for me. Also 3rd party sites (Russian Mods) are more likely to break the game, including textures, but not significantly.
I marked it outdated because I honestly can't be bothered to work on it anymore. Unsupported wasn't available, so I just picked Outdated.
Someone should adopt this mod and continue working on it. One of the simplest thing to work on is the engine model (for other trims)

Oh god... After that GTR incident? I think not. I'd rather keep this unsupported than be worked on more. It's perfect as is. Why put more work into something that is already perfect?
It was before you were around. But he claimed that he was gonna make a GTR even though it was a private mod made by another user.
