Finally had the chance to test out the new update, I have to say your hard work has certainly payed off, I'm noticing a 100% improvement Originally I was getting ~17fps, now I'm getting 35-40 fps on gridmap. Finally I am able to enjoy this mod for what it is Great stuff!
its littl bit better but i still need to make time slowly to run it good maybe lower version will be good (very good mod btw)
@Crash Hard 01 has continuously stated that he will not make a cut-down version. However, a question to him by me shows that with his permission others are possibly allowed to make one.
love it! I miss some big vehicles like in ROR, and this is a nice beginning. Apart of the fps problems with the engine cover, I have a bug: when I select the rear front axle with dually the axle and wheels disappear. It works with the single wheels. The rear rear axle works with the dual. Deleted cache twice, no changes. It's only me?
this is what I said, *But if anyone think they can optimize the mod without messing up all the detachable parts and deformation, let me know, and i can put that version in this mod and have you in the credits, but dont just reupload it to the forum here, that is very disrespectful.* --- Post updated --- it is not the engine cover it it the air filters on top of it. The dually wheels, are something left over for an earlier version, and i did not plan to have it be part of this mod, so the parts are not quit right, I stopped working on the model and J-beam.
The square looking ones are the diff locks, the one that shows H is high/low, and the other one is the transfer case.
Hey, this is totally awesome! It is actually very capable, it can very slowly get almost anywhere many of the other vehicles I typically use can. As a side question, any chance you could make the tires used on this truck able to be used on other vehicles, such as the D-Series?
This truck can actually complete lap around crawl central map, with Captain Kirk's engine mod it sure is slow stalling fest, but still possible, only few pieces missing after the whole lap
I was wondering if you were going to improve the engine. Specifically, the torque curve because it is awfully aggressive
