Update Speculation thread

Does it mean that they're closed or they may release the update?

 

Sounds like nobody will be at the office, which is a bad time to have an update drop incase anything goes wrong

 

I’m on vacation on Saturday to the next Saturday, so I will be away for a whole week! Don’t disappoint me!

 

Holiday, that is thing when developers try not to work quite as hard and normal people go see family and forget they had a job for few days.

So Tuesday is earliest they might work super hard again, that means update is not very likely for tomorrow.

 

Soon™ usually means that something will come... but in an unforseen amount of time

Who knows, the update might be today for all we know.

 

It means they release the update, the only good friday is a friday with an update.

 

I highly doubt a Friday update. Apparently workers are not allowed to work on a public holiday.

There's an unused Polizia sign in the Italy art files, likely for a future police station of some sort.

 

I’m pretty sure the whole Pessima/wall video demonstrates the exhaust sound with a damaged muffler, as someone mentioned before. It gets raspier after the last hit.

Also, new updates are exciting, what’s not so exciting is updating using Humble Bundle.

 

I can't find the original post of the updated maps, could someone lead me to them?

I doubt the update will be tonight, seeing as tdev has been offline for a few hours now. Thomatoes50 hinted that the update will not be tommorrow because of German law, so it may end up being next week. :|

 

Alright, speculation time again.

Judging by the trajectory of the moon and the sun, I'd say the update is probably at the bottom of the ocean.

OT: Well, it is possible we will get a Tuesday update.

 

i suspect the update is going to be tomorrow due to
1. them accidentally posting a picture of the new version with "release" in the task bar which means it is ready
2. almost every single update is on Friday
3. most updates are around a holiday

 

In Germany all stores are closed and you are not allowed to work on Good Friday. Id assume Tuesday for sure. As Monday is Easter Monday.
