I forgot a lot of the stuff i changed or did in the 4 month span of this, as I've been busy with IRL projects and keeping myself sane. I am releasing this version earlier than i normally would have just so i can focus on projects and things that actually matter to me now. Do not expect this to be refined at all. This changelog is a lightly modified tester build log, i cannot remember how accurate it was, or what i cut for the public release. Take this with a grain of salt... 4/4/2019 Biggest changes -Swapped out the Covet Multi Link rear suspension for Autobello rear semi trailing arms (Prone to bending in front enders) - Enabled the odometer again now that I have permission from Mike94 to use the lua from his Satsuma 210 - Added Roofrack (Uses D Series / Roamer Jbeam for now), and Geoff the legendary duck - Added rear window louvres - Gearshifter is now animated for gears 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and reverse (No 6 speed gearbox is ever coming) - Added additional subwoofers which fill up the hole behind the rear seats. VOLUME WARNING!! - Gear ratios for the normal 5 speed gearbox adjusted - Headlights now have their own Jbeam and as such, can now fall out - Front grille jbeam totally redone - Broken light glass material fixed / improved - Radiator fan props no longer tied to the engine block - Added 1.7L DOHC Engine Boring stuff - Added a welded front differential if you want to have some offroad fun - Moved around some meshes so they actually fit properly - Attempted to fix the transparency issues with the Finnish plates - 12x6 tires are in general a bit more stable and less likely to explode at high speed - Choke throttle input refined a little - Fixed tinted rear window texture (now it almost works instead of not at all) - Added a few extra factory colour options, and made existing ones a little shinier - Changed some default config colours - Rear wheel speed is no longer calculated into the wheel-speedometer's total value (Basically you can rack up the odometer value super fast by lifting the front wheels up) - Added cut springs for the amis config - Made "gear floating" easier Known bugs with this version - When you have the tinted window glass installed, the optional rear window sticker tends to freak out and flicker at certain viewing angles (Solution, select the non tinted windows instead) Notes - Due to the new rear suspension now used, the car body rolls A LOT more. Be careful - Force feedback might be a little stronger, cannot test atm so it's a roullette of snapped wrists or way too weak. 3rd jan 2019 iteration
What does the inflaye and deflate airbags do? --- Post updated --- I meant inflate --- Post updated --- *inflate and deflate
I put sound - mix.wav in folder vehicles\satsoom\custom press O in game and nothing i cannot hear sound from subs or whatever...
Wow, this looks awesome, never knew it existed tbh don't know why beamNG didn't show it to me earlier..
I own a thurstmaster TX wheel and played with the rally config for a bit and the force-feedback is a lot stronger then it was before, hope this information can help. Thanks for your hard work and excellent mod!
I don't appreciate the grime on the windows and on the outside of the car as much as others might. I am a clean freak and the windows are just.... wow. Will wait for update or just move on if stubborn in weird ways.
Oh, in that case ask Honda, pretty sure they used the same multilink trail arm stuff in the 3rd - 7th gen civics
It appears my H-Series interior textures are back (after I cleared cache again)...so, I'm thinking yes?
Well, that is how this car is, if you have played My Summer car game, that is how it is there too and this is conversion from that game to BeamNG.Drive so it kinda needs to have same looks or then it is tampered with. You can always go to parts manager and remove the glass part. If you have not played My Summercar, I would recommend that anyone using this car in BeamNG buys that game to support original creator of this car, also if not aware about my summer car, it is fairly accurate simulation about finnish people, they are kinda weird and game kinda somewhat gives hints of why, so it is educational experience.
90% of MSC texture mods are infact compatible with this thing, so you can go nuts with modifying that stuff if the dirty windows aren't to your tastes This mod for example is excellent
