I was looking at custom USB handbrakes on ebay and came across a few.... specifically speaking of this one:

    https://www.ebay.com/itm/USB-SIM-Ra...hash=item2f255d9211:m:mrdnEPNRXmxCIFfwVtXv0Cg

This would be a breakthrough for handbrake application in Beam.NG as it would be a non-binary input (0-255 vs 0 or 1 only). I'm literally a step away from buying it. So, I have two main questions/concerns:

    1. Will Beam.NG be able to recognize this as an ordinary USB controller input?

    2. If so, based on the fact we can use multiple inputs (example: the keyboard and a controller) simultaneously, is it possible to use a wheel such as the G27/G29 along with the USB handbrake, and take input from both seamlessly?

should work fine, judging by the price it's most likely just recognized as a "generic USB controller" and your computer will allow use just like any other controller. you should be able to use it with your wheel, but don't quote me on that 100%

I use a custom made handbrake, which I made by heavily modifying my old Logitech Formula Vibration Feedback wheel and while it isn't perfect input wise (I'm using one of the pedals as the handbrake and it has quite a bit of deadzone <wheel itself is dead so I had to use pedals>), but as far as the game goes, there is no issue what's so ever with it messing with the G27 Force feedback or input wise. BeamNG is quite good at detecting different controllers as separate devices, so you will most likely have no issue with broken force feedback or controllers having arguments between each others.

If you were wondering how janky a handbrake setup can be:

I personally use a G27 for most functionalities, a keyboard when I've run out of g27 buttons, mouse for camera control, and a Thrustmaster joystick as handbrake. You should have no problems using any number of devices, as long as they are compatible with PCs running Windows and with DirectInput.

I have a g25 with a homemade handbrake wired in to the old wheel buttons (I have a MOMO wheel now) and it works great with beamng as the input wires were already there in the first place, highly reccomended.
