additional menu

Hello! I have a question how can I turn on this additional menu in the game I mean this engine parameters, etc.

And I would like to know how to move objects, for example, how to put a stone on a car

 

I don't exactly know to which menu you are refering to, but to put all the engine parameters etc. on screen, you have to hit the Esc key on your keyboard, then on the list on the left you search for "Apps". After you click that, you click on the + on the middle of the screen & then try to find the apps you need (but beware, because the more you have of them, the slower the UI & game will run).

As for moving objects: you spawn the object you want to move, for example a rock. You press F8 to go into the free camera mode, then using the W A S D keys on your keyboard + the mouse, you move over the vehicle you want to put the rock onto. Then you press F7 & automagically the rock gets moved to the place you want it to. If you want to fasten it down to the vehicle, just hold Ctrl & hover your mouse cursor over the rock, then press & hold the Left Mouse Button on one of them nodes & drag it to another node on the vehicle; with the mouse wheel you set the strength of the link between the 2 entities.
