Does anyone else here use a steering wheel? I can't seem to configure the right settings for my G29. Wheel is picked up by the game perfectly, but I'm wondering if there are better settings for force feedback + wheel axis.

I turned off force feedback, couldn't find a setting I liked for it. Always felt like it was super stiff using a larger vehicle. If you got the shifter I'd suggest changing the silver "pedals" on the steering wheel to rear steer, dk how you'd end up using unliked otherwise.

I was actually looking for drift settings and was going to get used to it when I drove the truck but noticed now it doesn't say slow or fast strength or fast and slow smoothing it's just strength and smoothing now so I can't copy settings that were put up in the past, I currently run the game without ffb because I couldn't find a setting that didn't cause my G27 to make constant noises and the settings I came up with never felt right

I think my problem is that the wheel doesn't self center. I always have to turn the wheel the other way myself.

The CRD doesn't have FFB support right now. (Unless something changed again)
And the the wheel doesn't self-center makes sense, it has no toe-in nor out and solid axles. That makes the steering neutral irl as well. Try driving an older vehicle with solid axles like a jeep or landrover for instance

Guess not. I wouldn't even know how to implement that... :)

I have a g29 with a shifter and I use the right padle for handbrake because I am too poor to get one right now but when drifting I have my FFB all the way down.

I put my keayboard off to my right and use g and h for rear steer. the silver pedals are for shifting up and down and my force feedback is pretty much off as well.

I have a g27 and I use a button on my joystick for the rear steer. The FFB feels fine.

I have a G920 so the silver pedals are the indicators.

I use the G27 d-pad for rear steering, closest I've gotten to the rear steering switch they have in the trucks and since I use the G27 shifter as a handbrake and have a Thrustmaster one for shifting it's placed to the right of my wheel on my desk so the d-pad's location is almost perfect
