WIP Nissan Skyline R30

Bought me a Hot Wheels Nissan Skyline R30 model the other day and it looked so good i decided to make a model of it. I dont have much time on my hands and i dont jbeam as of now but i might need to now unless someone can skip in
Owned a couple of them (R32 and R33s) IRL so makes sense since im quite the Nissan fanboi.

10 hrs in it looks like this:

Oh damn, I actually have an R30 3D model floating about somewhere.
It could be useful as it has some custom/aftermarket model parts but, it may be too low poly to look good. I'm not sure.
I may have some textures as well..

Well 16 hrs in and it looks like this, forgot how much tideous work it is to model EVERYTHING on a car since it can break ingame

This is seriously looking awesome, finally someone is giving some love to the old R30 skyline, i would love to help if i can in anything
also will it also have the zenki front end?

 

Havent decided that yet but the FJ20ET will probably make it in there, also a NA high revving screamer and something like a RB25DET or RB26DETT for skids. Would be fun to add the RB30ET and/or maybe a RB30/26DETT (rb30 bottom end with rb26 head).

Well i guess a pre-facelift front end is not much more work but for nowim happy if i get the kuoki done.

 

Im really scrambling to make as much as i can at a good enough quality since im about to ge less time on my hands. Adjusting door gaps and the edges to get the reflections correct. I prefer making them rounded in 3d instead of using normals for good edges. 20 hrs in it looks like this:

Thanks! Yeah theyre really well done. I realized yesterday that its actually the zenki model (pre-facelift) so now ill have to make that front end too lol
