The palisade reminds me if a ford expedition, personally, it looks decent.
At least they didn't stick a V8 in it.
    )Yes, hyundai makes V8s)

I really like the Aviator, the Gladiator, and the Cullinan, so-so on the EQC

    1. I think the Aviator is beautiful.
    2. The front's kinda a weird design choice, but it looks alright.
    3. For a Rolls-Royce SUV, which is probably a first, it looks nice.
    4. Awesome! I thought they were going to call it the Scrambler though.

They're trying to revive the Gladiator from the 70's. Not a bad thing, that was a cool truck. I also really like the Aviator, Lincoln needs a real small SUV and not some stupid crossover.

I thought the same, but it is the gladiator now. It has a pentestar v6 and diesil, maybe a hybrid

The aviator is a great looking car.
And I kinda wish Hyundai had put a v8 in that new SUV

I know they've even had a concept back in 2005 for a Wrangler based Gladiator pickup. So I reckon a Wrangler pickup has been on Jeep's cutting board for quite some time.

I picked up the whole Scrambler thing after hearing it get tossed around a few times as a potential name. I'm glad they called it Gladiator though. While Scrambler would've been a good name, Gladiator has a cooler ring to it, and it's a nice throwback to the 2005 concept.

As for Lincoln, I'd say they've really been on a roll lately. They did the Continental justice when they brought it back, when they easily could've botched it, but they pulled through, and I'd argue that the Aviator will be one of the prettiest SUVs on the road.

There was one time where the real name (during when people thought the vehicle's name was going to be Scrambler) was revealed accidentally, and was caught by a user in the now-renamed Gladiator Forums.

    1. I see no resemblance to the Expediton (which compared to the Palisade looks better).
    2. I don't see the point of sticking a V8 in a car like that.

The first Aviator was only available with a V8. It's a luxury brand, so it needs a special power plant. The EcoBoost in the Expedition is completely different from the one in the Navigator, eventhough they're basically the same underneath.

I could see why the Palisade might be a Expedition competitor, but I'm saying that considering that no other Hyundai crossover or SUV around this time has a V8, I don't see the point of giving the Palisade one either.

Simple: It's a luxury SUV. It needs to compete in the segment. The Germans give you V8s, so do the Japanese, and a couple of GM's offerings have big ol' V8s. Ford isn't using them because they decided to go for lightness with an aluminum body rather than a V8. I'd argue it should be at least available, but that's just me.

It does seems to share it's engine with it's Kia counterpart, the Telluride, which is the Lambda II V6.

Also, what do you estimate the pricing of the Palisade will be?

The High Country is a small (as small as a bottle cap) improvement for the Silverado HD, but it's still ugly as hell.
