Game crashes upon startup

So a few days ago I went to the game and it did this. I went to Forza then and just forgot about it.
Trying to play again and it started up like this.

(not responding)
and then crashes. I've verified game files. Anyone know if they can help?

Run the game in safe mode, see if a mod's causing it

Probably something on your system side, since the game did not change.
See if it's program you recently installed, or some update for your AV.
