Something tells me still that the Piccolina will probably be a fusion of both the Fiat 600 and the VW Beetle. I get vibes of both cars looking at it. Pretty adorbs to say the least.

I'm getting ideas for a Communist Ukrainian-built variant or clone. Something like the "AZO Typ-17," powered by a two-stroke flat twin producing under 20 HP. Also, I feel like it would be at home in an Eastern European-themed map, maybe like Warsaw, but without all the modern buildings (lots of Stalinist and socialist-realist architecture, with a skyscraper like the Palace of Culture and Science overlooking the town square).

I believe it means it will come with some sort of a range with variants, like base 2 seater, more luxurious 4 seater, a sport model... possibly in different model years, as regulations changed quite a bit during the suggested lifespan of the model, at least in Italy. Like, mechanical indicators were outlawed in 1958. First legislation for blinkers stipulated strictly white emitters in the front, then in the late '60s it was changed to amber (but white was still allowed) and separate (amber) side blinkers became mandatory too. At the time, side rearview mirrors were still optional equipment (until 1977), but many manufacturers started offering them as standard even before the new regulation, at least on the driver side.

 

I'll be honest: I don't like so much this mix between Fiat 500, Fiat 600 and VW Beetle anyway, happy to see new content coming soon

 

It looks fantastic! I think this is the longest production time of any BeamNG car, so I'm very excited to see what kind of changes this car will have gone through in almost 20 years!
