I forgot to backup my file

Yes i am an idiot for not backing up my files, but if someone would be kind enough to put all the files that are in the "super" folder in this thread, that would be wonderful.

delete the super folder, run update.exe (it may have been renamed update.exe.old in which case simply rename it back)

I tried that, and it is a .old folder, which i can open with 7zip, and that does nothing. These are the name of the files it shows mewhen i open it with 7zip
.rsrc (normal folder)
.text (text folder)
.rdata
.data
.reloc

You completely ignored what I said then, if its .old then rename it back....

Right click: rename: "update.exe", done
