Can't make payment!

I tried with paypal with multiple credit/debit cards, all declined. I contacted paypal and told me there's nothing wrong with my account, it's the seller that cancels the payments. I contacted fastspring directly 2 weeks ago then again a week ago when i tried again to make payment, then 1 hour ago when i tried again to make payment(and was declined again) and still haven't heard back from them!

I contacted the support of beamng a week ago who replied that they sent a message to fastspring directly too to see if they reply this time. Haven't heard from beamng support since then which is a week ago.

Has this happened to anyone else or am i just the unlucky one? lol.

 

Sounds like an issue fastspring is having on their end. Not sure what can be done about it until they sort that out. Maybe try moving the amount to your paypal account and making a direct payment from there?

The only thing we really know is that the credit card declined the
charge. They do not provide any more information than this. It can be
for any of the following reasons:

1) You typed a number wrong.

2) You chose an incorrect expiration date.

3) There is some kind of a fraud hold on the card. This happens
sometimes when the credit card company sees a transaction they don't
believe fits your normal buying pattern and they are worried that it
might be fraud.

4) There is some other type of problem with the credit card account, for
example a restriction placed on it by the credit card company that it
may not be used outside your country, or insufficient funds available.

With 1, or 2, you can try to submit the order again. With 3 or 4, you
will probably need to call your credit card company and ask them why the
charge was declined. To try again, please close any browser that may
have been open and begin with a fresh browser."

The funny thing is i tried to pay with a credit card after the countless times my paypal payments were declined where paypal doesn't use my credit card to make payment but my bank account. I contacted paypal and they told me there's nothing wrong on my side it's the seller that declines payments.

Will try next with paypal balance and see if that works out. Have to wait 3-5 days though.

 

try ringing your bank directly mate, this happened to me couple of weeks ago trying to make a payment on Amazon, my bank blocked my card thinking someone else was using my card. try ringing your bank and asking them whats wrong.

 

I just tried to pay today with my paypal balance. Declined again! lol

I guess my last option would be to send a check.

Are they planning to add more payment options?

I had a similar problem on the mechwarrior online forum where their software security was blacklisting people and they had to add you to a whitelist in order to accept your payment. The workaround until then was to pay with an ultimate gamer card.

 

Yeah, it's going on Steam shortly.

 

and whats about other payment methods diferent of US$? i saw VE Bs. on the payment and i was so glad. when suddenly got the amount is 20$ i love simulators. want to try this one madly =D

 

Steam converts to local currency anyway.
