@The Shotty I'm actually drooling. Will it have the genuine and good ol Ford 351 Engine? That would make it perfect. And I'm guessing its a Barstow interior, so will you be editing that to make it like the XB's as well?
materials.cs needs a texture entry with the MAPTO field saying that "tire_01a" name. Please make sure it can find the proper path to the tire texture, too. In other news, what else to work on modeling but (see below picture)... It's no-where near done yet, this is a screenshot of the modeler. You will be able to park two cars in it's garage though! You'll surely find *LOTS* of familiar American houses in this map I'm working on in the future. It takes a while but it's surely worth it in the end.
"Looks awfully familiar" No, it's not Ultros this time kiddies, it's something way better. Okay, so maybe the white trim looks a little out of place, I'll have to get some brown trim in then... You will be able to drive into the garage (and possibly a working door with the @Nadeox1 door script) - I'm mugging your door script Nadeox, I hope you don't mind. I wouldn't have a clue otherwise. While it has brick vs stucco, I have 32 new stucco colors (and two dedicated garage door textures in addition), all scripted in, in beautiful earth tones (garage door is white or brown, possibly more colors later). So yes entirely, lots of new things will be seen in the coming week! Cats are having an argument, gotta run :x EDIT: Hey guys, just to let you know, I did pony up for about 250$ worth of upgrades for my PC, finally, my poor i7 4790k that's 3 months shy of FOUR YEARS OLD. I must say, hat's off to ASUS on that for reliability. I've never kept the same computer tower this long without replacing motherboard/CPU/RAM/System Drive. Purchase: Prime day special MX500 SSD 500gb 87$ (would need it soon anyways, couldn't pass that up) RAM 16gb Corsair 2x8gb 2400mhz cl11 memory to match the two sticks in here (used, 110$ & warrantied) Probably one of THE last copies of Windows 7 Home Premium to Professional Anytime Upgrades, New, 50$ Windows 7 Home has a 16gb Limit for RAM use, and the upgrade will allow me to get it done in less time than it takes to install the SSD and RAM, and keep all my settings (@#$%! password hell). No Windows 10 for me, no-thank-you, not until Windows 7 is unsupported in a little under 2 years. Was originally going to hold off on upgrading until next year, but truth be told, this is plenty fast yet, it just is sitting here using just shy of 90% of it's RAM, and I've just opened BeamNG within the last hour (Maya is open, graphics editor is open, browser is open, etc)... yeah, 16gb is not enough for 3d-modeling content creation and having the editor open. Just nope. I am doing it because I love modeling stuff and making BeamNG maps and it really does keep my PTSD at bay for the most part due to keeping my brain busy. Lots of cheap DDR3 (well, not 'cheap', but about what one would have paid a few years ago for it!) on FleaBay, I mean E-Bay. I hate spending money, but 110$ for RAM was much more stomachable than 190~250$ + on Amazon for it new. They can burn it all at that price, or shove it where the sun don't shine... That being said I'll be able to be a lot more productive without constantly having to shut things down, and no, you won't need more than 8gb of RAM to run the map (as it looks now). You might even be able to get by with 6gb but I absolutely hold no promises there. I do promise I will try to make it awesome though. Those trailers full of 100+ pianos will just have to wait. I'm not breaking into my savings account for that. --Cheers!
that's the plan . I hope to have the vehicle so that it crashes properly and has separate panels etc.
