    My native language is German.
Also I can speak "fluently" English and French.
And then I can "communicate" in Italian and Dutch.

A more interesting question would be: have you ever dreamt in another language? I have, 50% of my dreams are in spanish and the other 50% in english. And 0% in catalan :p
