It seems like the perfect way to test the new AI when it comes out and they would be good for testing cars.
edit: I mean extremely arcadey tracks like something from Jak-X or some other game like that.

This is not an arcade game, therefore there are no arcade tracks, cars or concrete balls.

That said, there are some community made terrains which one may consider to be "arcade like", such as this one:D. I suppose you could always make your own arcade terrain as well.

make the map in a 3d editor like blender and then import it into a empty level.

    Arcade Tracks:
    Grid2-V3-Semirealistic-nonsense
    Insane-Testing
    BeaMania-High-speed-Drift-Jump-Track

    Arcade "Vehicles":
    Golf-Cart-V1-2
    DSC-Creepy-Ragdol
    2013-Busfag
    DSC-Saturn-V-Rocket-(First-ever)

    Concrete ball:
    DSC-Ball-(Giant-N-B-Ball!)
(you where right for the smallest possible ammount here, there is only one concrete ball, not multiple concrete ballS yet.)

    what did you say again?

    Edit:
You realy would have to model that kind of stuff to not get into even more work and problems than modeling can put on you. Like while searching for workarounds which just use the terrain.
But im workin on something that might come in handy for people like you: modular street parts :p

Is there any way to give the roads from the editor hit boxes?
Edit: When will the devs add collision boxes to them?

Ohw, you meant the roads you can create only on the world editor, by drawing spline points onto the surfce?
If so, they have no clipping at the moment and that would have to be fixed by devs. But there are more important things at this point of development and so nobody knows when they will be fixed.
As workaround for the meantime, i started this project http://www.beamng.com/threads/6814-Modular-Mesh-Roads-Pack-v-0-0-1
I hope those can help, they are perfectly smooth. :)
