Would be awesome if you could add the new bus full of passengers.

Yea and I'm currently running an i5 2400 using onboard Intel HD2000 Graphics ha, I miss my overpowered Ryzen 1800X and GTX 1060! sold for a good price though. What I can do is add the 24 drivers and dummy's but let the user control how many they add to the bus, i'm sure those with a $$$ PC can run with all 24.

P.S. How did you pose the dummy's to sit in the cars, did you have to move all the nodes? must have taken forever!

    UPDATE

I just tested how many drivers I can load and was able to load 4 cars with 4 riders, 16 in total. It hammered my CPU but didn't crash the game,

    CPUUsage.png

There must be some other reason my mod crashes with only 10 riders loaded

it's because each car with all the dummy inside use a thread / core , with 24 ppl on the bus you will be over 20k beams I guess... You mod crash simply because it reach the limit of beams per vehicles ;)

So currently the bus won’t have passengers due to limitations of the engine?

here it's more a Cpu limitation, one passenger is around 500 beams, so to put a reasonable amount of passengers, I need to optimize that number first ...

To fill the bus with passengers they would have to be a very simple jbeam s, somewhere around 150 nodes and around 300 beams each, at which point the passengers wouldn’t move very realistically

Great mod! I was going to come here and ask about the passengers on the bus as well but it seems others have beat me to it haha
It totally makes sense about how adding that many passengers would be hugely resource intensive but I'm wondering if the option could be added to add just 1 or 2? I think even just having a couple of passengers in the bus could be a lot of fun :)

Anyways, keep up the great work!

P.S. Any update on a fix to get The Stig's helmet back to being white?

Yeah I currently have it so you can add/remove passengers per seat, so if someone’s computer can handle 24 passengers they can add 24 passengers, if someone computer can only handle 4 they can have 4

Hi synsol - I'm wondering if you plan on fixing The Stig's helmet so it appears white again? Or if you have any workarounds to correct this?

    Thanks and great mod!

and maybe add them to the Ibishu Kashira as well? a minivan isn't a minivan without it's passengers. ;)

You got a supercomputer? Or is that GTX960NM 12 GB?
    --- Post updated ---
A Kashira is hardly a Minivan anyways, we need to have a Dodge Caravan!
