i was wearing a seatbelt, struck the ground flat going about 95, engines stalled and i wasn't able to generate any auto rotation. Did i die?

Hit a wall at 130 MPH, I was wearing seatbelts, neck support at a race track.

 

You would survive that.

If it was a proper race car with roll cages etc, then you wuold be able to survive that.

 

Yes, and I base that off of a real wreck of a Bell 407.

Now this one isn't as simple as it seems, it was a police chase gone wrong, the van lost control and hit the gas station's concrete foundation at somewhere around 45-50+mph. Driver + 1 pax. - driver buckled, passenger unsecured in passenger's seat. Impact only caught the edge of the driver's side door, but the deformation is pretty severe. What do you guys think?

Driver would survive with head injuries, possibily also other serious injuries. The passenger would get killed.

Aah but remember, the car had to go through the Gs from hitting that ramp! It did roll on its wheels to the ramp, as in, it successfully drove down the hill.
