Hmm, Not now no, since there's nowhere easy to mount it without causing conflicts with the body. However, it certainly isn't ruled out of a future update once I have finished moving.


This first time around I'm getting what I have out (Which, is alot more than I was originally planning on in the first place guys, be thankful,) then after that, babying it through 0.12 (Which looks to be an update that's going to be rough on a lot of stuff from what I've been seeing show up from the devs.) Once we're past me moving, and babying this through 0.12 and possibly 0.13 with help from the community, then we can start talking about some more extras.

That shouldn't be too much longer... I just got done with fixing up the configs and correcting some spelling mistakes I made. I still need to go through each JBeam file and fix errors regarding missing beams and whatnot, which also means I'll be doing a final pass over everything. Once I have my console as clean as I can get it, I'll be preparing the mods page stuff and submit it.

Oh, believe me, I'm probably happy as can be that this vehicle is being released soon. I have a load of ideas for this vehicle, and have always supported its development since the beginning, so seeing this vehicle so close to release is absolutely amazing to hear.

OT: Loving that race config already! It's a very simple-looking race car, sure, but it looks absolutely gorgeous and probably has stupendous power compared to the race Moonhawk/Miramar (or even the Nightsnake Barstow). How many gears does it have, by the way? I recall that you would potentially make a race 6-speed manual, but I'm not sure if that's going to be included in the race config or as an unused part that people can opt for (much like the Barstow's race 6-speed). Either way, this is going to be one lean, mean, clean machine to tool around WCA/ECA in.

You have a 4 speed, 5 speed, and 6 speed as options. Though to be fair, the 532 has enough power that you will probably want to widen the gears a bit to get more controllable acceleration and a higher top speed on some race tracks.


I have to say, this to me feels like a car I'd want in like Gran Turismo 4, 5, and 6.(I don't think they have a racing version of the C3 Corvette...)

Though someday, hopefully the AI will be a legitimate thing to race against

Not happening on initial release unfortunately.


If you read a few pages back, I explain the main reason why I won't be doing one; I was having way to many issues with making even a hard top convertible out of what I modeled, that I simply decided to abandon the convertible top stuff for now.

I also don't have any more time, meaning I'm putting this out with, quite honestly, some things I wish I could've done but it's too late to do now. Remember, I'm putting this out so I don't just cancel a mod that is very much complete in terms of its core content. Be thankful, don't complain.



Future thing? maybe. However that bridge will be crossed when I am finished moving IRL.

As long as the moderators don't find major issues I missed somehow, and as long as Moderation is on track for everybody, this should be up sometime next week or after (The later definitely if issues arise that I need to fix.) I'm planning to upload the mod sometime today or tonight (Sunday for me,) since pretty much all that is absolutely required for the mod to be functional and enjoyable, is in place.

My motherboard broke, so unfortunately I won’t be able to do anything on it for a week or two. :,(

I doubt that would happen seeing how long it takes to do something like that. You can do fine with this right? If he wants to do it then he can but again it would be quite a task to take on.

 

modern cars require a ton more work to make so that's why you don't see as many
