Nope. - Giulia is on a new modular RWD platform (codenamed "Giorgio"). Only other model currently built on this platform is the Alfa Romeo Stelvio. - Dart was built on the FWD Giulietta platform (actually, the simplified version underpinning the Fiat Viaggio, dubbed "CUSW"), not the other way 'round.
People call them ugly, I call them so late '80s/early '90s that they are beautiful in an odd way. I love the headlights. a
