Sorry to be that guy but: STi's have their famous burble because of uneven length exhaust manifolds coming from both sides of the engine, feeding the single turbo. The sound gets even and regular when exhaust manifolds are even, which is either naturally aspirated or twin turbo. SBR4 is either n/a or twin turbo. Soooo... I'd say there couldn't be a burble sound in twin turbo unless you deliberately mess up the manifolds' length. Just my thought.
What if you make the sunburst have the old subie ruble and not the new one? I prefer the old one, sounds better. Maybe off an 04' STI Blobeye?
This is a very smooth sounding sound...with only two samples? Curious! As you may of seen from my mods I'm using the new FMOD system sfxblends2d and jbeam rather than the older method this uses. However having said that, you've managed to make this sound seamless and virtually perfect with the old method. I've never used the old method but I'm interested to know how and how long it took you to configure the file to get it sounding right . Any advice you can share? I'm used to using anywhere from 14 to 40 odd samples lol but if a better job can be done with just a couple then I'm intrigued to learn. Great work on the sound .
Thank you!!! Well I could share it here but I'd rather do a private DM. Maybe you could teach me the new way too! I'm curious as well And thank you so much!!!
