I like the new European wagons, even a few Japanese ones as well.

I love those too, but there will always be a place in my heart for big American land yachts.

I like the US 80s and 90s wagons, like the SHO Wagon, and yes, I do like the Caprice Station Wagons as well.

I think there is a place in everyone's heart (or system memory, in my case) for those.

I really like the JDM wagons from Honda, like the Shuttle, and Wagovan.... *laughing at the second name*

The SHO wagon was just an experiment if it could be done, not production.

What's wrong with the US versions? Too low WeebScore (TM)?

Still, production or experiment, it's nice anyways.

I thought it would be called the Wagon, but Wagovan sounds like an guy experimenting to combine the name Winnebago and van.

If you think the most important thing about a car is the name, I wholeheartedly laugh at you.

It's really the name that makes me laugh, but the rest of the car is pretty standard.

So why do you care so much about it?

Well, it's still a more interesting car than the Expo.

I can atleast say that I would be looking forward to own an Wagovan (pretty sure it's Wagon in the US) one day.
Also, Volvo estates are the tanks of retro estates.

Not surprising to me, because Volvo cars are often or not built like tanks, or are atleast strong enough to prevent injury/death.

    Sarcasm is a harsh mistress.

ELI5 Version: Volvo wagons have nothing on the classic body-on-frame (plus Mopar unibody) US wagons in durability.

I'm comparing retro cars, like from the 80s-90s. Classic to me infers from the 1900s to the 70s.
