First off -MADE BY EA, NOOOOOO, THEY WILL RUIN IT LIKE EVERY OTHER NEW GAME THEY MAKE -Will be a cash grab -Made by EA -NFS? -Do I have to repeat EA? -Some of those backround images looked a bit... Low poly, especially that green SUV behind the race car, unless that's a photo of one of the older ones, but, I don't think so...
If they do a remaster, they could add new cars to "differentiate from the original". Maybe a Terzo Millennio or 2019 Avalon-inspired vehicle? --- Post updated --- Unless some other company can be able to take that chance (Ubisoft, or maybe Microsoft), then it might not end up like we want for a remaster.
My problem with this is you could just buy it on PC, PS3, or Red Ring Of Death Machine for like 1/12 the price. So what's the point in buying this new one.
Well, it's also on the XBOX 360/One. I'd just hope that the remaster doesn't story-base it, NFS Payback dragged way long, and was boring.
So, does RRODM relate to that? If not, then you forgot to mention that. OT: I'd atleast hope that it crashes somewhat like the original, except in 4K high defintion, because of course, it's modern day.
Three red lights on the Xbox 360's ring indicator representing a "General Error requiring service of the Console or Power Adapter," commonly nicknamed the "Red Ring of Death." The three red lights on the Ring of Light indicate that a General Hardware Failure error occurred. If you want to know how to fix it than click this
A remaster by them? No. If they could raise up all the server pow-wow it would be good, but they touching that MASTERPIECE? IT WILL BE A SHITSHOW
since I have the Original version with it I am wondering if I will get the 4K upgrade for PC free or not on Steam.....
I highly doubt EA swill do something special for steam legacy owners. I own Paradise with most DLC on PS3 and the ultimate edition on PC (for those of you who don't know, they released a PC version with all DLC up to that point and never had an official release for any DLC that came later. Some such as Big Surf Island can be modded in but those mods aren't the most stable) Really not sure if I want to get the PC remaster (which won't come out until several months after console from what I hear). $40 for a couple extra DLC, albeit the better ones they offered. Hopefully they will at least also have steam achievements. I'll probably end up getting it though, one of my favorite games of all time.
Please, before you all get wet, watch trailer again, very careful. What we'll got is not remaster, it's SAME game. Yes, I know what "remaster" means. But just look at flares, flames, particles. Nothing's changed. The only thing they done is change colour palette and make higher texture resolutions. Yeah, that it for 40 bucks. The didn't even improve reflections on cars! It is Bravo, laziest remaster I've ever seen. Do you really want buy Texture Mod with reshade for 40 bucks?
It's also with all DLC bundled, something that PC players have only been able to do with mods. I agree for console it is rather useless texture pack which doesn't even look like a big improvement, but if it opens the door for more Burnout games I think I'm actually okay with it.
