After about 10- 15 minutes of playing it goes from 60fps to 5fps. I'm running a monster of a computer so, that's not it. Maybe a setting makes it like that?

    Thanks for the help,
    Dayson

    No setting does that.

    Post your specs.
Also, check your temps when getting low fps.

Your computer could be overheating and throttling. Get HWMonitor and look at the temperatures after playing.

One issue is that BeamNG is very CPU intensive instead of GPU intensive. Most FPS games like ARMA are not CPU intensive. BeamNG will probably cause increased heat production over ARMA, thermal throttling on CPU may be kicking in (HWMonitor should help confirm or deny this) which then causes BeamNG's FPS to drop (CPU lag in BeamNG does cause FPS to drop too).

Another test you can do is to press J to pause physics and see if the framerate goes up. If it does then the CPU is limiting the framerate in which case thermal throttling seems likely.

Actually ARMA games are very CPU intensive.

I have a Intel 3770k with at EVGA GTX 670 with 4 Gb VRam and 8 GB of normal ram. I noticed recently that I get fps issues in windowed mode where it seems to be a combination of fps drop (down to 30 fps) and stutters like the game is slow on rendering the map, but in full screen it works fine. I noticed that after awhile the tire marks from skidding around everywhere tends to cause some fps issues.

Wait, possibly all your RAM is being used up and it's slowing down due to the pagefile? How much RAM is in your system? Open task manager and look how much is used up after playing for a while.
