Got bored of the usual spawnpoint previews, so I went a little... rustic. A small collection of them:
I spent an hour... trying to import a stupid mouse. And it was all because the materials file had an extra _
Sometimes, the smallest things in life could be the biggest of issues... In this case, it was a simple underscore... *explodes*
I've made an endless loop of Tinted Lights! (While trying to figure out how to make tinted taillights work on Moonhawk and the Barstow.)
Still cleaning up and trying endless combination of off throttle and on throttle sound. Not that it is a very hard thing to do, more like mix and match, random guessing, and a bit of luck, but this is the best sounding V8 I've ever achieved. I'll perfect several ones then move on to other engine types. Comparison vid: No separate off/on throttle sound Using separate off/on throttle sound Ignore the constant noise on the right sound channel, I figured out it was Geforce Experience's sound recording bug. That doesn't happen in the actual gameplay. I'll use another app to record in the future.
So I scratch made a jbeam for it, putted the SBR engine in it, gave it a self made temporary suspension(with broken brakes for now ) guess thats enough progress for today
Finally got around to work on 6x6 drive for T-series, with some trouble and great help of others I did manage to do it. Testing insane things is always fun, so I just had to try this: Learned a lot from powertrain today, still need to learn a lot to really get into building powerline I want, but day was not wasted.
Taking a break from engine sounds. I decided to make a modern DOHC I4 diesel engines that I can use on a Pessima/Sunburst. 2.0L EcoTorque; 160 HP @ 4000 RPM, 380 Nm @ 1800-2500, 1.5 bar boost 2.5L EcoTorque; 195 HP @ 4000 RPM, 460 Nm @ 1800-2500, 1.5 bar boost Considering to make a 1.2/1.4L variant for the Covet, and 3.0L/3.5L for the Roamer/D-Series.
