What are neutral ratings?

    I noticed something about "neutral ratings" along with the usual positive ratings for every user profiles very recently. This thread's title is my question; how do we get these ratings? Answers to this are appreciated.

    (I apologize if this thread is in the wrong section.)

    possibly a "useful" rating or a "informative" rating possibly, I'm not too sure either.

    @DuneWulff rated it "informative" and i got 0 neutral ratings.

    I received "Informative" and "Useful" ratings, except that they never affected the neutral ratings; it might have been part of the positive ratings.

    According to tdev, it has to do with a new rating system that is going to be implemented in a few days.
