Yeah, so I wrote a book about cars and stuff at the age of 14, and I'm pretty proud of it, so I figured to just make a quick post about it here. And since it is in german (currently working on an english version) anyways, I might just continue this is german. Never mind the low-quality covers, I uploaded the wrong files by mistake and the new ones aren't showing up yet
Yeah, so I wrote a book about cars and stuff at the age of 14, and I'm pretty proud of it, so I figured to just make a quick post about it here. And since it is in english (currently working on an english version) anyways, I might just continue this is german. I do not want to waste any time here and sum up the plot great, because everything is on the Amazon page anyway. I'm just asking you to at least click on the link and take a quick look at the work I've been putting in for more than a year. That's no plea for "please buy it !! 1!". However, those who decide to buy it, I would like to either leave on Amazon or here a short review, and to tell me honestly, what you think about it. Without pity, I want an honest review to improve my works in the future. So, the links are down, and Merry Christmas! eBook paperback Never mind the low-quality covers, I upload the wrong files by mistake and the new ones are not up yet
It looks cool, I would buy it if it was in English. From the google translated description, it doesn't sound cringy like every other fiction about cars seems to be. My quotes don't seem to work right now?
Cool! Will read once I get on my computer. I get 6 words into a book, I give up. I just don’t like writing
Now I forgot to mention that I find most books terribly boring and don't read much because of my lack of attention span. I genuinely want to read your book and it sounds interesting. So its off to a great start.
NEIN! My German is.. "bad" (as of i can barely say nein) Maybe when the english version comes out i would be interested. Or even better! Spanish.
A German letter that I think you pronounce like 's', but I may be wrong. Anyway, I'd probably be interested in reading the book too once it's in English. Just out of curiosity, I've never read any books like this before. What sorta stuff is in one? (Aside from 'cars and stuff' obviously)
Used for ßoom Or ßalls ßack ßacon ßurnside Special ßruckel Moonhawk ßepis Gavril ßlueßuck Etc, etc...
The so called "sharp s", used to replace "ss" (fe. ich sass-> ich saß = I sat) if the vocal before it is pronounced longer (fe. ich aß (=I ate) is pronounced ich aas, while ich esse (=I am eating) is pronounced, well, esse). The ß is slowly fading away though with the new german spelling rules about years ago drastically reducing its appearance. B emoji reßlacement my ßame is ßeter nißßa
This is what it looks like in English, I used Google Translate. I don't want to waste any time here and summarize the storyline, because everything is on the Amazon page anyway. I just ask you to at least click on the link and briefly look at the work in which I have been stuck for over a year. That no supplication of ways "Please buy it!! 1! ". However, those who decide to buy it, I kindly ask you to leave either on Amazon or here a short review, and tell me honestly what you think of it. Without pity, I want an honest critique to improve my works in the future. So, the links are down, and Merry Christmas!
With the english version coming, I'll be looking for some native speaker to just look over it and point out any mistakes. If you have any interest, just hit me up at fvonscher@gmail.com - nothing definite though, I just want to see if anyone would do it and then decide if I really need it. Thanks!
Right, if there is still any interest in this, my website is now online, and there thas been a big price cut. So if that massive 5€ price tag held you off, now might be the time to buy...
