New no vacuuming update broke my turbo sounds?

I installed the new update and now all the turbo sounds are gone, but the backfire is still there and the flames. I checked the game integrity both in steam and from game but it says it okay?

 

I looked to see if i had any turbo sound mods but i have none? Ill try without mods and just enable one by one

I also tried reinstalling the game with a clean install and still they arent there

 

Clear cache? Doing a fresh install doenst clear cache FYI

 

Ill try but i did full fresh install eg delete all the files and uninstall through steam
