Yeah he knows, he was just pointing out that it was a "Chevy SS" because he is in the USA. It was to emphasize the fact that it had been correctly badged as a Holden.

I've spent the last 4 years shoving Holden propaganda down these peoples throats, I think they're pretty well educated on it by now ;)

Correctly badged it was. Every time I see one of them in the wild it gets me. This particular one was burnt orange, and I instantly fell in love with it.

God, yes. That is such a fantastic color.

It really pisses me off that GM killed Holden. You Aussies made some of the most hilarious modern cars and now it's all fucking gone. No more Commodores or Falcons. At least I can actually get a Commodore here, I have to jump through a whole bunch of EPA and FHA bullshit to get a Falcon. It's possible, but stupidly difficult.

Anyone want a Miata turned go-kart? It belongs to a friend who is just looking for a new project.

Does anyone know of a way to rig up an exhaust flamethrower that won't cause increased back pressure?

No matter how you cut it, It's still an S10 Blazer, so $1500 should buy two or three of them.

Is there any specific setup that's better for that?

Looking for something I can activate by a switch inside the car. It's for the Sunbird, once I get it fixed, so I can do a little victory blaze as I start to pull on a rival driver. (Makes a little more sense if I told you I was also considering velcroing a Vulpix plush to the parcel shelf for a mascot - actually makes a pretty nice one for this car, when you think about it).

I drove my friend's R18A equipped 2008 Civic yesterday. He let me beat the everloving shit out of it. Also drove my girlfriend's R18A equipped 2009 (automatic) Civic.

I understand the Civic now. My gf's autotragic was a nice, comfortable, economical grocery getter, and my friends manual was, well... That Honda gearshift tho. It's so direct and light and notchy and mmmmmmm give me more, please. The clutch was really light too. It was easy to drive, thus so easy to have fun in. It makes me wonder why manual is going to the wayside when that Civic was just so easy to drive. It basically shifted itself.

    I want an Si.
