we are still a fair ways off release but we are getting very close to finishing the mesh and starting on the jbeaming and texturing --- Post updated --- the grip all logos don't look too bad on the tires. will look fine when they are up to speed and become a yellow blur
your right. its probably best so you can be posted on the mods tabs instead of being buried in the forums. keep going strong this is the mod i want the most.
Uv maps for skins will be packaged with the mod so Im sure someone will make a skin pack with some real logos
this is the first livery concept i have come up with. before anyone asks this not the actual mod this is a render i made in blender and then edited in gimp to add the logos and pattern. no i do not have any uv maps done yet i will post the blank white livery aswell, if anyone wants to make some "mock" liveries like this one please post them in the tread. i might even use some of them for the final mod, i will of course give credit
I still can't get over the fact that someone is able to do these things. Again this is such an anticipated mod that it will probably be better then a lot of other mods.
OH MY GOD THIS IS BEAUTIFUL! I can't believe how far this mod has come! I remember seeing this for the first time and thought it looks great but you've somehow made it change from great to INCREDIBLE! Great job! Keep up the awesome work! Can't wait for the release! P.S. When you get to the point where you begin to create the UV maps, please try to keep them as simple as possible so lots of people can try their hand at skinning!
