Can I play Beamng with 4GB RAM?

Can i play Beamng with 4GB of RAM? Steam says it recommends 8GB of RAM.

You Can Play BeamNG with 4GB, but your gameplay experience won't be the best, i have 6GB, and i can play the game pretty well.

 

You can. But you might only be able to spawn in 2-3 cars on 30-40 fps. I recommend upgrading to 8gb, or 16gb.

 

2-3 cars at a time? and what is the best way for me to upgrade to that in your opinion? Im new to PC gamming

it depends on your CPU, or your GPU (Graphics Processing Unit)

not the best pc in the world

 

actually it depends on your sound card. if you have a soundblaster 16, you will get better frames and you can get more cars to spawn in. your cpu and gpu dont matter at all

 

I only have 4gb, and mine can run at 40-60 fps on gridmap, and 20-40 on jungle rock island.

Why don't you try downloading the demo and seeing for yourself? Bigger and more complex maps will be harder on your PC but at least you'll have a baseline before purchasing.

 

I do this already. Be careful about the size of a mod, as I have had memory limit issues
