WIP Beta released Gavril D15 2001 Restyle 1.3

It currently uses a turbo (it is a diesel), but I'll try for a supercharger if I can find specs for one.

 

Check some DD specs. A lot of old DDs were supercharged, as opposed to turbocharged.

 

could you add the extended cab body as an option to the crew cab frame? would like to do extended with long bed

Also, is there any way you could get bed accessory mods to work with your late model beds?

for example, this one only works on stock d-series short bed:

I'm using the regular bed with your body, but it clips a lot...or should I just be happy it works lol

 

Could you maybe make older model of roamer? a bit more squeary (if that word even makes any sense?!?) Like the D-series is?

i like this mod but i think it should look more like a 2001 chevy silverado

 

Also guys, I know the new diesel is slow. I did want to give it some better speed upgrades, but the game really didn't seem to like it. As well, manual transmissions in arcade mode do not seem to work with the diesel engines; they never shift on their own.

If anyone here can make a manual that does work with the diesel, and/or a better turbo/supercharger to go with it, if you do send any in, I'll include it in an update, since I can't seem to make them myself.

 

This is one of my favorite mods for the D-Series, but I've found a small texture issue. Right between the door and the bed, in that little cab space, it has a little trim painted on that looks WAY off. I would just like to tell you of this. I would really like to see this fixed in the next update.

 

I am aware. It's just harder to fix that, than it was to fix the bed and whatnot.
It will get fixed, it'll just take a while.

 

Hello, can you do a 2010 or newer style of the D15? Just curious...

Might be a mod conflict, but the v6 is missing textures. Just a heads up

 

It probably is.

It uses the pessima_engine material, which is common material. It should work.

OT: This mod looks nice so far, the D-series is already a great looking truck, so making more generations for it and watching it evolve is nice.

I get a Physics lockup when spawning any of the parts from this mod. It just pauses the game and If I unpause the game it crashes. Any idea on the mod that's conflicting?(Assuming it is a conflict)
