The forum will run out of people who are old enought to drive if you keep doing this all the time...

Meh, I feel like this thread is getting attention, then it gets lost in the forums, so I feel glad to keep it going until it is basically dead.

Door trim airbag badge fell off, transmission won't go to manual shift (a cable or module was broken or something), active steering, tire puncture and passenger airbag warning comes on randomly, fuel gauge sender crapped out. Last problem was the most anger inducing, the fuel gauge shows I have slightly more than a quarter of gas left but turns out it is empty, luckily I was on a parking lot. Few days before this happened the car was driven by my father that got puzzled with the iDrive system and somehow reset the trip counter and I couldn't remember how many kilometers I have driven on that tank of gas.

Sold the car a year ago and I missed that car.

It keeps showing the check engine light for no reason. My dad took it to the mechanics and they say that there are no signs of problems, then they tried to clear it and nothing happened. so, my dad tried to fix the problem but nothing work so we decided to sell our Passat because it was too much hassle to fix the problem and brought a different car.

worst car we had was our second 05 Chevy equinox had some random issues here and there but as we where gong to pay my aunt a visit at her workplace winch was a KIA dealership the car completely died on the highway and would not start, we managed to coast it to the dealership and picked up a brand new 2014 sorento 4 cyl midrange model, 3 years later and no issues, it turned out to be a good choice sine we where looking at a new car at the time, we looked at a new equnox but both of my parents hated it so it ended well and second worst car was our first 05 equinox, we got into a wreck on the highway and airbags never deployed and third worst would probably be my dad's eclipse ever since he got it back from a friend that was supposed to fix it, it hasn't run right since but is yet to strand us since even when it overheated 10 min later it started and we drove it home, we need to install that other fan for it since the only air intake has a front mount intercooler on it and a big turbo it runs very hot

tbh id just ignore all that to drive a V6 diesel anyway, soooo smooth compared to a rattley 1.9TDI VW engine... (well ride in since im 15..:( )

The 1.9 tdi vw is just an awesome engine but it isnt the smoothest so a v6 would really be better.
OT: Not a car we ourselves owned but my uncle has it its a bmw f10 5 series touring the engine itself is good but the interior rattles alot and the rear panel on the front seats falls of when you touch its a bit so its quite bad reliability wise
