I'm touching up on a fourm that I made a long time ago about a San Francisco map. I know that there is already San Frisco but It only has one hill and is kind of laggy so I was wondering if anyone could maybe make a San Francisco map with tonnes of hills.
Yep. The full name of the upcoming map is West Coast, USA. It will have a city named Belasco, which I'm guessing will be a cross between several west coast cities like LA and SF.
Not really sure at the minute. It will come with a future update I can tell you that much, but what update exactly remains unknown.
I'll be honest, we have absolutely no idea when WCUSA will be released. Various forum users have been predicting its release in the next update since roughly January, with early predictions stating that it would be released alongside the Hopper. In the meantime, two major updates and several hotfixes have come and gone, with the expectation increasing each time. B25Mitch, the developer primarily responsible for building WCUSA, had to ask users to curtail their expectations when the forums erupted in speculation during the month of August. With that said, the current prevailing theory is that WCUSA might be released alongside the Bluebuck, possibly within the next three months. It'll be ready when it's ready. You can follow the official development thread here.
I absolutely anticipate the release of WCA, but I do have a concern in the back of my head. I fear that my current PC may not be able to handle it. I know B25Mitch has promised that the map will correspond with BeamNG's specs. My computer though can barely handle BeamNG to some degree, which is why a more powerful system is on my list of things to get in the future.
I had no idea it existed until yesterday! It looks epic to drive on though and I can't wait until it comes out.
