It's because back during the second depression, the police were running low on money. They had to trade in their police cars for lower budget models with advertisements, so they make cash while they fight crime.
Automated performance testing is done for all the configs that I will release here, now just QoL fixes and more skins/parts/engines. Update 8/6/17 - Finished the drivetrain swap for the Covet finally

How do I install this? I put it in the mods folder but it's not showing in the vehicle list... are vehicle configs not working in .10?

Nah, I'm not letting this mod die until it needs to. The PSU in my rig took a crap, so I need to get EVGA to replace it, then I have to take apart my PC and rebuild it.
