i suggest use Super DOF (May Require good graphics card and DirectX 12+) it easy to use adjust the blur size and focus distance first and click on ragdoll or prop and press render (May need to use Camera first before use Super DOF)
I actually used Super DoF in all of these using a crappy AMD GPU and DX11 it's most noticeable in the screenshot with the army hat, rifle and grenades on the table
my Super DOF setting blur size : 0.520 focus distance: Broken because everytime i want render it keep getting into any random number
The focus distance changes when you click on something (if you click on an object, it focuses on that object), maybe that's why it keeps changing
