Considering that A: the author is no longer active and B: he doesn't seem to want people messing with his hard work, I'd say that's a no.

 

1: Thats a Bump
2: Blender can import collada models and the original downloads are still present.
Go figure it out yourself. And i wish you the best of luck fixing it up. but remember you need permission by the author to post it anywhere, and since hes no longer active that might be a obstacle to overcome

This mod still works fine on 0.17
