How to properly use a bollard?

Hello everyone,

I was wonder how I can use a bollard while when i am driving a car.
Because if I am driving I cant use the bollard and thats very annoying.

Does someone knows how I can bring up / down the bollard while driving?

So I can't use it while I am driving?? Because I see it happens in YouTube videos but I don't know how.

 

If you TAB over to the bollard, press the key binding to raise or lower it, and TAB back over to your car while holding the key binding; the bollard will continue to raise or lower on its own.
