EDIT: PROBLEM 1 IS FIXED! Tutorial to fix this ---> https://www.beamng.com/threads/tuto...folders-into-another-level.42674/#post-642529
    Problem #1:
So in my new map im working on i imported the shapes folder from utah. In my map i placed the files like this (thegarage>levels>thegarage>art>shapes>utahshapes). In the utah shapes folder it has the buildings, groundcover, misc, race and rocks folders. I changed all the materials.cs files to the CORRECT folder location to their new location. Then i drug the saves into the map. Next when i repack the map and load it, 95% of the lights in the showroom are gone. I know the saves are not messed up because when i remove the "utahshapes" folder and repack it the lights are back in the showroom. Why does this happen and how do i fix it? NOTE: The lights are GONE they are not in the terrain editor.

    Before importing objects from utah:

    After importing objects from utah:

Problem #2: I have some 3d lamps that i added into the map with the texture file and added it to the materials.cs folder and when i load the object there is "No Materials". I really dont know what to do here because there is no recent tutorials on how to import custom objects into a map. All the tutorials are from 2013-2014.

Sorry dude. I honestly can't figure out how to get the materials in there. I would recommend putting it in the texture folder in art but that didn't work for me. I would mabye contact a dev like Nadeox1, becuase they pretty much made the game. Again, very sorry.

Same here. By any chance, do you know how to duplicate a map? (so if i go into free roam there would be 2 gridmaps, etc.)

Did you update the locations in the materials.cs?

Look if you have an objects in your forest brush and a texture name like 'light' or 'lights', it'll read both of them, and one or both of them won't work. Names need to be unique. Sometimes this issue happens.
You know you have this issue if it says CANNOT RE-DECLARE LIGHT etc. If not, onto the next step.
Lights in this game can also be point-lights or spotlights. You'll need to add those in, in the f1 object editor. Look where this thing is in utah, and see if there's little light-bulbs (they're very hard to see but get close to the center of the light and you'll see it or search LIGHT in the search bar in the scene box on the right in F1 object editor).

Textures can also emit, I don't know if they'll actually CAST light, but if they emit light as per the materials.cs file, they'll also appear bright.
