Yes. I'm on phone, and I'm not used to it. (PS, does anybody know how to turn off autocorrect on Android?)
and how do i go about doing it exactly? is it similar to this? (the body i put into beam a while ago was like this before i smoothed the edges) and what F2YS said
Hmm, I wonder what would be big news and unexpected... New game mode/career chapters? A decent size trailer or more destructible props would be nice as well. I'm still hoping for a demo derby game mode (which was released as a mod over a year ago) or races ala Eve of Destruction/Midtown Madness. Also, the vehicle performance classes have to exist for some reason, right
Whats all this shit about. @tdev hasn't mentioned anything on this thread about the update yet, or has he?
Nadeox said an update was "close" when replying to a steam user and people are getting excited because Fera has been dropping hints about the update.
I personally am looking forward to a PI system in either 0.11 or 0.12 (likely later; it doesn't seem like too much of a priority) similar to the ones in popular games like Forza to give modders a better idea of how to stack up their modded vehicles to the standard vehicles, and to give players a better idea of what these performance classes mean and what sort of vehicles to choose for certain events. Take, for instance, the Class 5 1996 Pessima Custom and the Class 5 Bruckell LeGran Sport V6. The Pessima likely will be much better through the corners, but will struggle in the straights compared to its supercharged American competitor; meanwhile, the LeGran will have huge understeer issues in the turns, but will be able to drag away from practically any other car at its under-$4,000 price tag. These could be reflected by little bars like this: This would be an example for the Pessima Custom, and yes, it is a 5-minute edit in Paint, and it is ripped directly from Forza, but it reflects what I'm thinking about. This was not mentioned anywhere by the developers as happening anytime soon (if at all), but right now, the Performance Classes are a little irrelevant, so I think that something similar to this will be likely to happen sometime in the future.
the only one that has said anything about the update recently in @Nadeox1. @gabester hasn't shown anything nor has Tdev shared anything. only two that have shown anything that is coming (we don't know when) are @B25Mitch and @LJFHutch with their maps. I really don't want this to become like Bugbear and Wreckfest.
Smh, devs don't show progress pictures and people start acting like it's the end of the world. I like the way it is now with less hype being channeled around and because of the surprise that comes with it.
Its just that the main significant things we have been shown lately was map progress and a car trailer. I like to know what's going on.
They are either doing big changes that would spoil the fun if we saw them, or they're doing really boring stuff i.e. optimizations, replay enhancements, etc. --- Post updated --- These devs won't turn into Bugbear. I trust them, you should too.
