    There are too much things that are done in the wrong way to list them all. Here are a few advice from me:
    1. Use an official car's jbeam as a template when creating your own jbeam
    2. Use an official car's 3d model as an example when formating yours (part hierarchy, what parts need to be separate or not etc)
    3. Use an official car's folder structure as an example when creating a folder for your mod

    Code:
            {"frictionCoef':0.7},
    line 14 the ' -> "

    and

    3631 NODES ?????????
    Are you crazy? BeamNG use simplified 'skeleton'
    Stop using the mesh and turn it into jbeam, It doesn't work this way!!!!

    as @Ytrewq said you can use the jbeam of an official car and modify to suit your model.
    if you do the jbeam from scratch you will have to balance and tweak every values of every parts.
