In all honesty a German map would be appropriate for this game like the autobahn or a country side reasons: because the company's HQ is in Germany there are German emergency services vehicles in the game there would be more realist police chases and finally because we need more international maps that are not in america(not like theirs anything wrong with american maps) so yeah a German map would be perfect for this game
Id second this, having been to Bremen to see the devs and currently staying in the East German countryside. However, let's first wait for Italy and WCA to be done first. Also, there can just be an expansion to the ETK center to fit this gap.

The ETK center looks quite similar to the area around Bremen, so if it's expanded, it'll probably look quite similar.
I'd love the new Autobahn 4 track. Neat and beautiful autobahn. I loved it at first sight. It should start from Frechen and end at the border of Belgium, To fully feature Kreuz Kerpen. --- Post updated --- A map with the tunnel at Kreuz-Cologne-West would be sweet.

I'd love a german autobahn map too. Had the idea some month ago and even tried to create a map on my own, with typical german ramps ("Auffahrt"), brigdes and so on. But it's hard work and i don't have the time for.. also i'm not a 'pro' in such things, i would have to learn a lot (i don't even know how to draw lines on the street). Maybe someone want to create this map for me and many other users ?
