I love this. It reminds me of a late 80's Accord my family used to own. Is it possible to make a FWD version, or the popup headlights available on the 4-door?

 

Y'know, with all you've done with this, you could have probably just made it an early model 200BX

That title would fit so much better than it being a pessima. They even look really similar.

 

Small bug report:

I mean why would ibishu make it rwd just for the coupe, especially at a time when alot of manufactures were switching to fwd for their "bread and butter" cars.

This is the same case as the dove it doesen't make a whole lot of sense.

 

if youre talking about the headrest it isnt a bug that just has to do with the placement of the camera

Congrats on the job, it's a nice idea and it came out pretty nice... the only things i'd suggest, is to add a sedan pessima-ish option for the rear end and to widen the headlights, they look.... i don't know, they just fell too small XD.

First of all, this is by far one of the best and highest quality mods on this site! Everything is very well fine tuned and honestly, it's hard to tell that it's not an official vehicle. I love the attention to detail, right down to small things like the vehicle thumbnails that perfectly match the official ones.

That being said, I think calling it a Pessima is a bit of a stretch. The most prominent reason for this is the RWD layout which seems odd concidering the sedan version of the Pessima is FWD, as was common with economy cars of the era. In my opinion, the car is closer to an Ibishu version of the Nissan Silvia S12.

Don't let my opinions cause you to do something you wouldn't do otherwise. I will point out that not everything in this game has a real life counterpart (the SBR4 for example), I personally just think it would make more sense to name it something else.

Either way, this is by far one of my favorite mods. Keep up the great work, and I look forward to your future projects! C:

For you and anyone else that's been saying this.

Its in a weird position to be called anything, its a pessima coupe with the drivetrain swap and while the 88' Accord does have a coupe, the Honda Legend, based off the Accord, is a tad bigger executive coupe.
This being an 200BX is out of question because it is notably bigger and is a whole other class of car.
Its somewhere between an Accord coupe and an Legend, but not.
I think calling it a Pessima Coupe is not a big loss.

I can get behind that. It has a lot of similarities to a 200BX, thats why I suggested it. But I'm a simple person, and would call any Ibishu car with flip headlights a 200BX.

That said, if it is similar to a Legend, perhaps name it similarly.
Like, the Ibishu Saga, or the Ibishu Icon.

As long as it's called a Pessima, people will come here and ask for a sedan version, or a version thats FWD, or a version that has more Pessima parts. If you name it anything else, then people will more likely accept it as different and stop asking for those things.

 

As wrinkle said, there's nothing wrong with it, it is your mod after all. It's just that for a car at the time like the Pessima, even a sport coupe version would be unlikely to have a reworked FWD to RWD conversion in a production model; exception maybe for a custom race variant of sorts. Also, the 4-door model didn't look horrible from that screenshot you put.

Side note: When using a higher power config like the I6 Custom or Race and flooring it from a standstill while steering all the way to the right or left, the car goes diagonally for a bit. Not sure if there's something up, or if it's just because of high front wheel traction, and there not being a tremendous amount of power to kick the rear out.

 

Aero Grille has no mesh neither does the spoiler.

Race version says Manual in the selector but it only has 2 pedals and no gear shifter
